2x/Week semi-private (2-3 people) personal training sessions via Zoom
Bi-weekly 1-on-1 15-min coaching check-ins via Zoom
Program for developing healthy nutrition & exercise habits for life via email (15 mins/week)

The 6 components of Bodywise are customized to your needs, experiences, and goals. You'll work with Sam to develop a program that you can do, do well and do consistently. The personal training sessions are semi-private, but each person may be doing different exercises/programs. You'll do you, boo!
2. BODYWISE PERFECT FOR ANY LEVEL
Whether you're brand new to exercise or a seasoned gym brat (I prefer that to "rat"), you get a fitness program that challenges you, but doesn't break you. Again, things you can do, do well, and do consistently. The nutrition program is focused on the fundamentals that are most impactful, but least intrusive/disruptive/sucky. And they're things that everyone can benefit from, but very few of us do regularly!
3. BODYWISE INCLUDES FITNESS + NUTRITION
These two are besties but most programs only focus on and leave to figure out the other on your own. It's like Michael Jordan without Scotty Pippen or Han without Chewie or Hillary without Huma. (Nutrition is Micheal, Han, and Hillary btw - but you need them both).

You're busy and it's understandable that you don't want to shlep to the gym (Not to mention the COVID cesspool that is the United States rn). Everything can be done at home via Zoom with the equipment (or lack of) that you have! Easy peezy!
