Inclusive Fitness for Every Body

Fitness and personal training spaces are not always safe for LGBTQIA folks. I honor and respect every person’s right to self-determine. As a white, able-bodied, cisgender person, I don’t pretend to understand the relationship that transgender folks have with their bodies. I do, however, honor that it can be complex and I will support my clients fully in their journey with health and exercise. Moving your body should be mentally and physically healing and I strive to create a safe space where clients can discuss exercise and their needs pertaining to the effects of medication or hormones, body dysphoria, binding, surgery, or anything else. The studios I work in are welcoming spaces with only gender neutral facilities. I’m happy to answer any questions.
