​ Here's the Plan: â€‹

1. Find Your First Class.

​

Take a look at the group fitness schedule and find your first class. Zumba is a chance to shake it off and start the week right (Tues @ 6pm). Strong Nation is martial arts inspired HIIT class that will challenge you (Thurs @5:30). Any class can be modified for your level. 

​

2. Pick a Pricing Plan and Sign Up

​

You can pay for a single class, or save by buying a 5 or 10 class pass! If you'd like a free first class, shoot me an email at sam@iefitness.co

3. Start Training. 

​

You can join your session online or in person.  Come at least 5 minutes before class so we can meet!

Taking classes with Sam is one of the highlights of my week! I always feel great during and after class. Every body type and skill level are embraced in Sam’s classes, and that’s so refreshing to find in a fitness class!
