Here's the Plan:
Take a look at the group fitness schedule and find your first class. Zumba is a chance to shake it off and start the week right (Tues @ 6pm). Strong Nation is martial arts inspired HIIT class that will challenge you (Thurs @5:30). Any class can be modified for your level.
2. Pick a Pricing Plan and Sign Up
You can pay for a single class, or save by buying a 5 or 10 class pass! If you'd like a free first class, shoot me an email at firstname.lastname@example.org!
3. Start Training.
You can join your session online or in person. Come at least 5 minutes before class so we can meet!
